Start with your club identity: colours, logo and any sponsors. Having a clear idea — or at least a few reference images — makes the design stage faster. Our design team will turn it into a cohesive kit design across every garment.
2. Decide what to offer
Most clubs offer a core range and let members pick what they want. A typical line-up includes jerseys, bib shorts, jackets and gilets, and accessories like caps and socks. You do not have to offer everything — start with the essentials and expand later.
3. Sort sizing
Share our size guides with your members so everyone orders the right fit. Getting sizing right up front avoids the most common cause of reorders and keeps everyone happy with their kit.
4. Let members order individually
This is where club kit gets easy. Once the design is signed off, we create a dedicated order page for your club and send you the link. Each member orders and pays for their own kit, so you are not chasing payments or compiling a giant spreadsheet of sizes.
5. Budget and minimums
