Refund policy
RETURNS OF CUSTOM AND PRE-ORDERED GOODS
For custom-made items and items bought via a pre-order, each product will be made based on your specific order. We therefore cannot accept returns on these orders, unless:
a) You receive a different product to the one you ordered (the wrong size, for instance); or
b) The product is faulty
We will try to replace or repair custom or pre-ordered products that are faulty if you let us know about the fault within 14 days of your order being delivered to you. When your order is delivered, please check it carefully. After 14 days we can't guarantee to either repair or accept any returns of goods.
If you need to make a return on these basis, you can do so by emailing us on info@attacuscustom.com You'll need your order number and the email address linked to your order.
